But today, for the first time in years, the T-Com engineer really DID COME to our house and he checked a lot of things and exchanged some pieces I don't know the names of, but afterwards the DSL was working again
I have been doing some writing and drawing in between, but I really missed being here. So now I've got a lot of things to answer and I hope I'll manage in the forseeable future.
I hope you're all fine
Take care

I hope it stays, and if it doesn't, get that mechanic back there and kick him in the nuts. Twice. And tell him to fix your net INSTANTLY
Can't wait to see more of your photographs, though, not only drawings and sketches, eyh?

Ahem, I think kicking them in the nuts twice may be satisfying somehow, but I'm sure they know about that. That's why they avoid coming to people's houses ...
The real problem of course is the lack of alternatives. In the middle of nowhere all the lines belong to T-Com, no matter which provider you choose. All those resellers depend on them and their staff.

They never needed that long before - 1&1 made some stupid internal errors with passing on our complaints to T-Com and didn't notice this until our second reminder
